The WorkLife 360 platform puts people in motion. WorkLife 360 is aimed at employee satisfaction and happiness, focusing on performing, working, learning and developing better together and having the open conversation. As an organisation, you get a platform with your own logo and club colours. All employees get their own account and start their employee journey.

Often the first introduction to the platform is the mapping of your talent and motivations. You can read the talent outcomes immediately after creating them in your own account. As an employee, you are your own administrator of who sees what and who you share what with.
Simultaneously as employees start mapping their talent, we import and enrich the descriptions of roles with activities, behaviour-talent, skill and knowledge, among others, using our role-function house database. Then we will match your talent, knowledge and skills. The Match provides a gap analysis. You use this for input for making your personal action plan. Meanwhile, via the platform, you are already talking to each other, making connections and sharing your talent profile with your team, for example. You record all events and notes in the logbook or automatically in your evaluation report. You share your action plan with your team(s) and monitor progress yourself. If necessary, you regularly ask for feedforward or feed back, reflect and set new goals in your action plan. At the end of a period, you evaluate together and make plans for the next period. WorkLife has never been so much fun!
