WorkLife certification is therefore focused on work. The certification is customised linked to the implementation of the WorkLife platform and you can participate in WorkLife certification Meet Up’s.
Key themes are. What is the difference between traditional HR and WorkLife. How do I make optimal use of the available tools, what are the scientific theories and models and how do I practically translate that as a leader, manager or HR professional in my daily work when it comes to having the right conversation, helping people make plans, advising, training and coaching them. You will also gain insight into how to design interventions based on behaviour – technology and data, organising change management and innovation. In the certification, you learn to work with the Worklife tools that help you reflect on reality, speak from 1 language and look at things from 1 common perspective.

2: De CERTIFICERING WorkLife platform tools certificering maakt je bekend met de functionaliteit van het platform. denk hierbij aan het aanmaken en uitnodigen van nieuwe gebruikers, het opstellen van een rol-functie profiel, het samenstellen van team, de dialoog methodiek van het opstellen van je skill wallet, je persoonlijk actie plan en de gesprekken logboek, feedback methodiek en evaluatie waarderings tools. Scientific theories and models.
The WorkLife tools are developed using smart technology with algorithms, logic and based on scientific theories and models. These include the well-known BigFive personality traits, the further development of the ECHO-RDA behavioural model, the PREMA model based on positive psychology, Seligman’s Wellbeing and Work Happiness. The competitive value – leadership styles and culture model by Robert E. Quinn, the Situational leadership model by Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard and the Team model on 16 innovation steps by Gunther Flatin. These models but also Metcalve law, John Holland’s scientific emergence theory, Thijs Homan’s change management theory and Ashforth’s Social Identity Theory and Organisation, among others, serve as a frame for the WorkLife platform.
